Emergency Services
With the nature of my business, I do not have the equipment and facility to provide emergency services. If you have an emergency, please contact a local clinic. Most clinics are able to see an emergency during business hours and have an emergency phone number after normal hours.

Many times, an emergency visit can be avoided. Here are some suggestions:
1. Avoid feeding table scraps, especially high-fat foods and bones.
2. Keep candy and chocolate in cabinet or pantry.
3. You know your pet.... if they have unusual behavior, miss their first meal, or something of the sort - have a vet examine them sooner than later.
4. When changing brands of food, take 1 - 2 weeks to gradually introduce new food. Many pets develop diarrhea or vomiting w/ sudden changes.
5. Cats love strings, at least most of them do. Keep sewing thread, toys w/ strings, and blankets w/ loose strings in an area that your cat cannot get to.
6. Keep your pet on a leash on walks/runs and in a fenced-in yard. This can help avoid hit-by-car accidents, animal bites, quilled by porcupines, and many other problems.
7. If your pet is injured or not feeling well, don't give them anything out of your medicine cabinet -- call your vet first. It's easier for us to recommend a safe product versus creating a toxic emergency on top of their illness/pain.
